Clip Picker helps you turn a longer video recording into short clips: it loads a video, its transcript and chapters, suggests highlight moments, lets you fine-tune in/out points, and exports a trimmed clip. It is a production tool — you are responsible for the videos you load and the clips you create.

The Service is currently invite-only. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, be at least 18, and are responsible for activity under your account. We may approve, decline, suspend, or close accounts at our discretion.

• Only load and clip videos you own or are otherwise authorised to use.
• Do not infringe copyright or other rights, or use the Service unlawfully.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent limits or security.

Rights in the source videos and the clips you create remain with their respective owners — using Clip Picker grants Evideris no ownership of your content. You represent that you hold the necessary rights to the videos you process. The Service software, branding, and design remain the property of Evideris.

Clip Picker is free while in beta. If paid plans are introduced, pricing and payment terms (in euros, via Stripe) will be presented before any charge. Digital services are provided immediately on request; any future paid, consumed services may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

The Service relies on Vimeo and GIEQs (video source/catalogue), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Hetzner (hosting), and Cloudflare(edge). Your use may also be subject to those providers’ terms.

The Service is provided on a beta basis with no uptime or service-level guarantee. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evideris is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid in the prior 12 months or €100. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law, and disputes are subject to the courts of Ghent (Gent), Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
